Zerodha co-founders Nikhil Kamath and Nithin Kamath gifted their mother, Revathi Kamath, a brand-new Mercedes on her birthday. The post shows a Mercedes GLS, a luxurious full-size SUV known for its sophistication, with a whopping price of over Rs 1.5 crore. Often called the “S-Class of SUVs,” the GLS is celebrated for its powerful engine options, opulent interior, and advanced infotainment system.
Revathi made a heartfelt post on Facebook. “My sons gifted me a new car today and here also I received car keys this way and one more Peta and shalu,” she wrote. The viral photo shows Revathi receiving the car keys. The occasion was marked with cultural significance as she was gifted a peta (a traditional turban) and a shalu (a ceremonial shawl) by the store staff.

She revealed that from a young age, she consistently encouraged her sons to explore the strategic depths of chess, a practice that played a key role in shaping and contributing to the growth of Zerodha.
