
In an unusual incident, Swiggy delivered a sealed empty glass to a customer who ordered a lime soda. Sharing the picture, Aaraynsh—the customer—made a sarcastic post on X, which has now gotten nearly 200k views.
The viral photo shows the man holding a sealed, transparent, empty plastic container. “Thanks, Swiggy, for sending me a sealed empty glass. I hope my lime soda will come in another order,” he wrote on X.

After the post went viral, Swiggy responded calling it “odd” and promised to look into the matter. “Hi Aaraynsh! That seems odd, can you help us with your order ID? We’ll look into this.” Aaraynsh replied to this saying, “thanks, resolved now, received a refund of ₹80 for soda worth ₹120.”

The post also triggered hilarious reactions from other X users. A user commented, “It is after deducting GST, IncomeTax, still there is something left TDS is applicable.” Another user wrote, “They will send you one bucket of lime soda in next order.”
