On May 27, 2022, Polish woman Aleksandra Miroslaw surpassed her own speed-climbing world record at the IFSC Climbing World Cup’s second qualification round in Salt Lake City, USA, clocking an astonishing 6.53 seconds as she covered a 15-metre-high wall.
Building on this achievement, on April 28, 2023, she went on to break the record four more times during the World Cup in Seoul, South Korea. The highlight of the evening was her final world record in the finals, where she achieved an astounding time of 6.25 seconds.
Continuing her exceptional performance, on September 15, 2023, Mirosław secured a spot in the 2024 Olympics during the European Qualifier and simultaneously set a new world record of 6.24 seconds in the qualification round.
Now a video of one of her jaw-dropping previous performances at the Aomi Urban Sports Park in Tokyo, which lasts all of 6.84 seconds, has gone viral with netizens admitting to being “gobsmacked” by her skills. The clip, shot during the Tokyo Olympics 2022 has already garnered over 24 million views.

The video, now shared by @interesting_aIl, has amazed netizens. Completely in shock, one X user commented, “That is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in my whole life!”

During the Polish championships in Lublin, Miroslaw showcased her exceptional skills by improving her timing twice. In the preliminaries, she effortlessly scaled the wall in 6.5 seconds, and in the final, she outperformed herself, securing victory against Natalia Kalucka with an even more impressive time of 6.39 seconds.
