Their story began in 2022 when Jimmy visited South Africa for a trip and was introduced to Booysen through a mutual friend during a dinner gathering. Cut to 2025, MrBeast proposed to his girlfriend and she said yes. Sharing the news on social media, the YouTuber dropped two pictures capturing the moment he proposed to Booysen.
