A video of locals looting laptops and other gadgets from a fake call centre operated by Chinese nationals in the Pakistani capital has taken the internet by storm. The incident unfolded after the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) raided the call centre in Islamabad, according to the viral post. The video shared on X shows several men fleeing with laptops, desktops, keyboards, etc. Some armed men can also be seen carrying technical equipment. The man behind the camera says that the FIA conducted a raid on the Chinese call centre in sector F-11. “This is the situation at F-11. They are looting the building,” he says in the video. According to reports, over 24 people, including foreign nationals, were detained during the FIA raid on March 15. The call centre reportedly employed Pakistani locals to scam people in several countries. However, the agency failed to manage the situation, allowing locals to break security and enter the building.
