In recent months, billionaires and celebrities have become the subject of many artificial intelligence artworks. Most recently, an AI-generated image of Musk that shows him as a young boy aged four or five has been raking up thousands of likes.
This image was shared online by Twitter user Not Jerome Powell (@alifarhat79), a parody account of Jerome Powell, the Chair of the Federal Reserve of the United States. While sharing the photo, @alifarhat79 wrote, “BREAKING: Elon Musk was reportedly working on some anti-ageing formula but it got way out of hand”. So far this picture has over 57,000 likes.
Commenting on the image, a Twitter user wrote, “Now Elon will be like I want to buy Disney ”. Another person wrote, “Thats a darn good looking baby right there.” Musk also commented on the photo and said, “Guys, I think I maybe took too much ”.
This is not the only time that Musk has responded to his AI-generated images. Last week, Rolling Canvas Presentations (@rolling_canvas_), a wedding photography page on Instagram, used Midjourney to create images that showed Musk as an Indian groom. The images showed him dancing with the wedding guests and even riding on horseback. The Tesla founder commented on these pictures and wrote, “I love it!” along with a couple of Indian flags.
In April, Twitter user Gaurav Agarwal (@7Gaurav8), shared a set of photos that imagined Indian cricketers like Virat Kohli, M S Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Jasprit Bumrah, Ruturaj Gaikwad, K L Rahul, and others as kids. However, many of the pictures retained some features of maturity like facial hair which left an uncanny effect.
