Top 10 richest Indians in 2025 list: According to Forbes India’s Rich List 2025, Lakshmi Mittal, Kushal Pal Singh, and Ravi Jaipuria fell off the top 10 list, ranking 11th, 12th, and 17th, respectively.

Top 10 richest Indians in 2025: India is making a significant global impact with more than 200 billionaires, a combined net worth of $941 billion, and ranking third among countries with the highest number of billionaires worldwide in 2025.

However, the net worth of nearly two-thirds of India’s richest has declined, along with a 9 per cent erosion in the combined wealth of $1 trillion, according to Forbes India’s Rich List 2025 released last week.

Mukesh Ambani, the chairman and director of Reliance Industries, is the richest person in India, with an estimated net worth of $105 billion, as of October 2025.

In second spot is the founder and chairman of the Adani Group, Gautam Adani, with a fortune of $92 billion, shared with his family.

Savitri Jindal, the matriarch of the OP Jindal Group, ranks third—the sole woman on the list.

While the list of the top 10 richest Indians largely remains unchanged from last year—with notable movements in the rankings—Sunil Bharti Mittal of Bharti Enterprises notably rose three places to rank fourth, a position he had previously held in 2008.

Tech billionaire Shiv Nadar, founder and chairman of HCL Technologies, who was the fourth-richest person last year, slipped to fifth place in 2025.

DMart’s (Avenue Supermarts) Radhakishan Damani rose to sixth place from 10th earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi Mittal, Kushal Pal Singh, and Ravi Jaipuria fell off the top 10 list, ranking 11th, 12th, and 17th, respectively.
