Where does India rank globally in 2025?
The world’s most populous country, India, continues to rank third, with a total of 205 billionaires, a slight increase from 200 last year, and a combined worth of $941 billion, which represents a decline from $954 billion last year.
This has been largely due to the decline in the net worth of India’s two richest individuals – Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani – which has also affected their rankings, pushing them out of Bloomberg’s $100B club last year.
