While society discards rape victims, and public figures too prefer to give tips to victims, this list turn the focus on the rapists on how the themselves can prevent the crime.
Although this picture blog has gone viral, there are mixed reactions on it. Some see it as a sarcastic attack on offenders however, some men and women find it offensive. Recently Sarah Silverman, a stand-up comedian, tweeted with the same picture and got various reactions:
