At E3, it was back to square one with, gaming getting a big push. Microsoft, showed its grand plans for two new consoles and revealed new big-names gaming titles. Rival Sony didn’t want to be left behind, and it came to gaming party with bunch of top name titles and pricing for Sony Playstation VR.

Sony Playstation VR is priced at $399, and it seems Sony is assuring the VR headset attracts many buyers with big titles available in virtual reality.

Here is a look at top game announcements from Sony Playstation E3 event:

Spider-Man

Everyone likes Spider-Man and Sony took everyone by surprise with the announcement of acquiring rights to developing a new game about Spider-Man. While Spider-Man for years, has been the domain of Activision, this time around its being developed by Insomniac Games.

It appears PS4 exclusive Spider-Man will be a comic game, but who won’t like to don the Spidey-suit.  Sony at the end of its E3 keynote showed a short-trailer with Spider-Man crashing the city and the animations make it worth waiting for.

Resident Evil 7

Sony has priced its Playstation VR very attractively, but gaming titles are what count. Sony is bringing Resident Evil to PlayStation VR.

Resident Evil 7 arrives on January 24, but a free demo is now available. The trailer shows a phone ringing and cockroach crawling, and proves how personal and immersive the game can get with virtual reality.

Death Stranding

Hideo Kojima needs no introduction in the gaming space, but now that he is out of Konami, there is just more attention towards his work. He has revealed his first venture under Kojima productions named Death Stranding. The character of the protagonist is played by Norman Reedus, known for The Walking Dead.

The game plot revolves around an alien environment. One thing is assured, it is going be exciting because it comes from Kojima himself.

Call of Duty: Infinite War

A gaming event is definitely not done with a Call of Duty announcement and CoD: Infinite War is unlike anything else we have seen before. The game merges the world of space and fighting.

God of War

Last on our list is the new ‘God of War’ title with Kratos the Spartan God taking on new adventures, although this time he is a father as well and needs to mentor his ‘boy’ as well. Game play looks quite exciting as we see Kartos fighting a giant/ogre in the trailer.
