Amazon, Flipkart announce Republic Day sale 2025: Check out dates and deals

Amazon's Great Republic Day sale will commence on January 13 for all users while Flipkart's Monumental sale will go live for everyone on January 14.

A few weeks ahead of Republic Day, India’s most popular e-commerce platforms, Amazon and Flipkart, have unveiled the dates for their upcoming sale. Amazon’s Great Republic Day sale 2025 will begin on January 13 at noon for non-Prime members, while Prime users will be able to get some sweet deals 12 hours prior. As for Flipkart, the Monumental Sale will start on January 14, but Plus members will be able to get access to the sale a day before, on January 13. Here’s what we know so far about the upcoming Republic Day sales from Amazon and Flipkart.

Amazon Great Republic Day sale

Amazon’s Great Republic Day sale will bring up to 40 per cent discounts on mobile phones and related accessories from brands like Apple, iQOO, OnePlus, Samsung and Xiaomi and is already teasing some deals via its microsite.

The e-commerce giant also confirmed phones like the newly launched OnePlus 13, OnePlus 13R, iQOO 13, iPhone 15 and the Galaxy M35 will get some price cuts, while the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Honor 200 and Realme Narzo N61 will be available at a discounted rate.

Amazon is also offering up to 65 per cent off on smart TVs, home appliances and projectors, while electronic items like earphones, smartwatches and mice will start from Rs 199. The company will also sell select Alexa and Fire TV products for Rs 2,599.

Flipkart Monumental Sale

As part of the upcoming sale, Flipkart will be selling the iPhone 16 for Rs 63,999, which is a significant discount from the current selling price of Rs 74,900. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus will also be available for purchase for Rs 59,999 while the Apple iPad (1oth Gen) will go on sale for Rs 27,999.

The e-commerce platform also confirmed that it will be giving 5 per cent cashback if you make a purchase using the Flipkart Axis Bank card and that customers will also be able to avail discounts on other best-selling smartphones from other brands as well on electronic items like laptops, TVs, tablets and home appliances.
