Taking on a stacked Gujarat Titans bowling line-up, Suryavanshi showed no remorse in biffing the deliveries of the likes of Mohammed Siraj, Ishant Sharma, Washington Sundar, Rashid Khan and Prasidh Krishna as he plundered 11 sixes during his rollicking hundred. Naturally, the Bihar boy took home a bunch of new world and IPL records.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi is the youngest centurion in all men’s T20 history, bettering the record held by former India U19 batter Vijay Zol by nearly a four-year margin.
