The 28-year-old returned to her old franchise after the UP Warriorz used the Right-to-Match card on the player, following Delhi Capitals’ bid of Rs 50 lakh.
All-rounder Deepti Sharma, who entered the auction at a base price of Rs 50 lakh, was sold to UP Warriorz for Rs 3.2 crore at the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 auction in New Delhi on Thursday.
The all-rounder was initially bought by Delhi Capitals (DC) for Rs 50 lakh, but the UP Warriorz opted to use the Right-to-Match (RTM) card. DC valued her at Rs 3.2 crore, and the Warriorz accepted the bid to regain the player in their squad.
The left-arm spinner was sold to the Delhi Capitals for Rs 1.3 crore. Charani played two matches for DC in WPL 2025 and took four wickets at an economy rate of 8.87.
Indian medium pacer Renuka Singh Thakur was bought by the Gujarat Giants for Rs 60 lakh after entering the auction at a base price of Rs 40 lakh. The Giants and UP Warriorz tried to acquire her, but the former pipped the latter to sign her up ahead of the fourth season.
The pacer has played three seasons for Royal Challengers Bengaluru and was part of the side which lifted the title in 2024. She played 10 matches in the title-winning campaign, claiming two wickets at an economy rate of 8.07.
The left-arm spinner was sold to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru for Rs 65 lakh. Yadav played three seasons for the Delhi Capitals, claiming 14 wickets in 20 matches.
The right-hander was sold to UP Warriorz at her base price of Rs 50 lakh. The right-handed batter played 20 matches for Gujarat Giants over three seasons, scoring 482 runs at a strike rate of 115.58.
The all-rounder was sold to the Delhi Capitals for Rs 50 lakh to the Delhi Capitals. She played for the Gujarat Giants in the first two seasons before representing the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in WPL 2025.
The medium pacer was sold to the UP Warriorz, who used the RTM card on her, acquiring her at her base price of Rs 50 lakh. She represented the Warriorz in WPL 2025, where she took six wickets in eight matches.
The medium pacer was sold to RCB for Rs 75 lakh. Reddy played three seasons for the Delhi Capitals, taking 14 wickets in 20 matches.
Pratika Rawal, who was the second highest run-getter in the recently concluded ODI World Cup, was bought by UP Warriorz for Rs 50 lakh.
The wicketkeeper-batter was unsold at the auction. The 22-year-old played the last two seasons of the league for the UP Warriorz, where she made 80 runs with a highest score of 24.
