Washington Sundar had a decent outing in the Zimbabwe series with the ball and the off-spinner is likely to get the nod for the final game in place of Axar Patel. India would also want to hand Shivam Dube some game time before the ODI series where he is likely to fill in the shoes of Hardik Pandya. India could go in with another change in left-armer Khaleel Ahmed replacing Arshdeep Singh in the XI. Sanju Samson may also get a game with the gloves, offering Rishabh Pant a rest before the ODIs.
