With the World Test Championships a few days away, the Indian cricketers have started arriving in England to kick off their preparation after 2 months of grueling IPL schedule. On Monday, the BCCI Twitter account shared photos of Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara and Jaydev Unadkat arriving at the training ground titled "Arrival Alert🚨 @imVkohli, @cheteshwar1 and @JUnadkat are here." The Twitter account also posted photos of other Indian players training including the likes of Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Siraj. Earlier this week, Umesh Yadav and Shardul Thakur were part of the first batch of Indian players that kickstarted preparations for the World Test Championship Final at The Oval next month. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had initially added Gaikwad as a stand-by opener for the WTC Final, where India will face Australia at The Oval on June 7. Gaikwad informed the BCCI that he could join the team after June 5, but coach Rahul Dravid sought a replacement.
