
VADODARA, July 9: A 35-year-old woman of Sindhrot village, with the help of her husband and two sons, killed her paramour, who came to her house in an inebriated state on July 3, the police said.
According to the police, Chanchalben Udey Singh Padhiyar had developed illicit relations with one Bharat Singh Mohan Singh Gohil of the same village. Trouble arose in the family when one of her sons saw her in a compromising position with the deceased a fortnight ago, the police said adding that the Padhiyars then decided to eliminate Gohil.
According to information, Chanchalben invited Gohil at her residence. When the victim came to her house in a inebriated state on July 3 night, the accused, along with her husband Udey sinh and two sons, Natwar Singh and Bhagwan Singh, strangled and buried him in a field outside the village.
However, some villagers who came to know about the incident, informed the police on Thursday about it. The police exhumed the body this morning and sent it for post-mortem.
All the four accused have been arrested and a case under section 302 IPC has been registered against them. PSI J J Sarvaiya is investigating the case.
