Hotel in UK refuses toothpick to customer
London: A hotel in Britain has refused one of its customers a toothpick on health and safety grounds. The waiter apologised,but said he was not allowed to give me a toothpick for health and safety reasons. I asked if he was joking,but he said it wasnt April 1 and that there werent any in the hotel, the Daily Express quoted 63-year-old diner John Freeman from Cheshire as saying. Freeman then complained to the manager after his meal at the Macdonald Portal Golf and Spa Hotel in Cheshire.
Death threats for mocking US first lady
New York: American sitcom series Charles in Charge star Scott Baio has called in the FBI over death threats that he received on Twitter,a FoxNews report has stated. Baio said that he has been accused of being a racist after he posted an unflattering photograph of Michelle Obama on Twitter along with the caption WOW. He wakes up to this every morning. Responding to the post,outraged reacted with: Scott Baio should be PUT DOWN and someone will PUT YOU DOWN.YOU; your WIFE and KID.
