Wockhardt shares up 3.5 on US FDA nod

Shares of Wockhardt surged after it got US FDA approval for generic version of Aricept tablets.

Shares of Wockhardt rose more than 3.5 per cent after the company said it got US FDA approval for generic version of Aricept tablets used to treat Alzheimer8217;s disease.

At 11.03 a.m.,shares of the company were up 2.75 per cent at Rs 362.
