Gujarat Governor Kamla Beniwal broke her silence on Friday over her controversial decision to appoint a Lokayukta in the state bypassing the Chief Minister,saying she would present her case before the appropriate authority. Beniwal,who is currently on a visit to her hometown in Jaipur,told The Indian Express over phone that she did not wish to create a controversy. What shall I say? Whats going on is unfortunate. But I dont want to make any comment in the media as of now, she said. However,the Governor added,Ill present my case before the appropriate authority.
