When BSY kept Krishna waiting

Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and External Affairs Minister S M Krishna,who is also former Karnataka CM,shared the stage for the inauguration of the Passport Seva Kendra in Bangalore. But Yeddyurappa kept Krishna waiting for 15 minutes. Maybe that is what prompted Krishna,who is usually the quiet sort,to mince no words in blaming the state government for delays in the police verification of passport applicants.
