UTV Software ups 18 on delisting plans

Shares of UTV Software rose more than 18 per cent after the company said Walt Disney,the majority shareholder of the company will increase stake and delist shares from the exchanges,several dealers said. At 9.24 am,shares of the company were up 5.84 per cent to 954.05 rupees.
