Recently,Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel wrote a letter asking that approval of the rural road projects under the UPAs flagship Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana be expedited. However,instead of sending the letter to the Rural Development Ministry,which is in charge of the scheme,Patel addressed it to Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy,who then forwarded it to Rural Development Minister C P Joshi.
