Who comes to power a few days from now may be a million dollar question, but at least some people in government have other things on their mind. Eyebrows have been raised at preparations which have already begun for the next prime ministers visit to Moscow in June to attend a summit meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. An advance team of diplomats and security officials is expected to leave for Moscow soon. Already a similar team has been to Italy for coordinating a visit by the new prime minister to the G8 Summit, scheduled for early July. Officials argue that these could not have waited much longer, but others feel a week or two more wouldnt have made a difference.
