Are the small players in the Indian retail sector ready for a technology ride?

They (small Indian retailers) want it for sure but so far they have been reluctant because of a lack of a facilitator.

What role will DVS play as a facilitator?

Are you going to limit yourself only to the organized retail sector?

For the start we are going to the organized sector. But,of course,the unorganized sector is a playground which we are going to look forward to tap in the future.
