The wholesale sugar prices closed steady in the national capital today following little buying support amid adequate stocks position.

Marketmen said ample position of ready stocks against demand mainly kept prices unmoved.

The following are today8217;s quotations per quintal:

Sugar ready: M-30 3,025-3,150,S-30 3,000-3,125.

Mill delivery: M-30 2,860-3,025; S-30 2,840-3,010.

Sugar mill gate prices excluding duty: Kinnoni 2,990,Asmoli 2,980,Mawana 2,960,Titabi 2,940,Thanabhavan 2,850,Budhana 2,840,Dorala 2,950,Khatauli 2930,Morna 2800 and Ramala 2810.
