Six charged with TISS student rape

Eight months after an American student at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences TISS alleged gangrape,a fast-track court on Thursday framed charges against the accused Vinamra Soni,Harshvardhan Yadav,Jashkaran Bhullar,Anish Borkataki,Dev Colabawala and Kundanraj Borgohain. Prosecution said the accused took the student,23,whom they met at a pub in April 2008,to Borgohains flat in Andheri and raped her.
