Sibal steals Purandeshwaris sheen8230;

While Minister of State in the HRD Ministry D Purandeshwari may now have the privilege of being the only MoS for her ministry under Kapil Sibal unlike in Arjun Singhs tenure,when she had to share that privilege with M A Fatmi that doesnt seem to have helped her all that much. While Purandeshwari was very visible under Arjun Singh as the latter stayed away from both Parliament and most conferences,NTRs daughter has no such luck this time. Being a hands-on minister,Sibal makes his presence felt and answers questions in Parliament. What falls in Purandeshwaris share now is just questions from the adult education department,which she now handles.
