Mumbai: Kingfisher Airlines,which is grounded for over a year,on Friday reported a massive Rs 716 crore net loss in the September quarter. In the year-ago period,the airline had reported net loss of Rs 754 crore. Despite not paying salaries for the past 14 months,the company allocated Rs 50.8 crore towards employee expenses. PTI
Indian Bank Q2 net dips 38.4
Chennai: Indian Bank has reported a 38.4 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 305.76 crore for the second quarter ending September 30,2013. The net profit for the first six months of this financial year ended September 30,2013 also dipped by 34.9 per cent to Rs 623.15 crore. PTI
UCO Bank Q2 net up 4-fold
New delhi: Public sector UCO Bank reported a near four-fold jump in net profit at Rs 400 crore for the second quarter ended September 30 from Rs 103.7 crore in the year-ago period. Total income of the bank increased 5 per cent to Rs 4,653.30 crore for the quarter. PTI

New delhi: Power Finance Corp on Friday posted nearly 23 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 1,273.79 crore for the three months ended September. During the quarter,total income climb by 27 per cent to Rs 5,336.96 crore. PTI
