ONGC shares end up 1.91 pct

Shares of ONGC finished the day 1.91 per cent higher at Rs 1,313.05 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of ONGC finished the day 1.91 per cent higher at Rs 1,313.05 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

In a similar fashion,the scrip closed at Rs 1313.50,up 2.12 per cent on the National Stock Exchange. On the volume front,over 24 lakh shares of the company were traded on the bourses.

Meanwhile,the 30-share benchmark Sensex also closed firm at 19,992.70,up 142.70 points from previous close.
