Once bitten,twice shy

After raising eyebrows for his remarks on how the Chinese military is far ahead and India doesnt have the capability and intention to catch up,Navy Chief Sureesh Mehta seems to have become media shy. While his remarks on China came during a talk in the Capital,a similar event that took place last week was kept out of bounds for the media. So secretive was the event that even copies of his address on the strategic environment were not available for study.
