The Noida board today hiked the residential land rates by 10 per cent.
The decision was taken at its 167 th Board meeting.
Residential allotment rates,for instance,have been raised by 10 per cent in the entire slab of Rs 14,400 per square meter to Rs 45,600 per square meter.
8220;Board has approved the 2010-11 budget. Total projected receipts are Rs 5330 crores and expenditure of Rs 5103 crores.
It covers major development projects. Board gave approval for 10 per cent hike in land rates. For last two years there was no rate hike,8221; Chairman Mohinder Singh said.
The other two categories of land in which the board has hiked the rates by 10 per cent are Commercial land and Institutional land.

Land compensation has been hiked by 10 percent. Large Format advertisement policy has been approved.
