Congress MP from Nellore Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy on Wednesday resigned from the Lok Sabha to protest against the inclusion of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddys name in the CBIs FIR,in a case related to the late leaders son Jaganmohan Reddy. He submitted the resignation to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar. The MP later said he was upset over the manner in which the late YSR and his son were being treated by the Congress. Earlier,24 Congress MLAs had resigned over the same issue.
