This is an advisory council on important issues which the government might have overlooked, AICC spokesman Shakeel Ahmed said. Reacting to Opposition BJPs criticism of the NAC as super Cabinet, the spokesman said,If Sonia Gandhi wanted, she could have become the Prime Minister of the country twice.
