Moshes grandfather files case against ISI,Lashkar in US court

Relatives of a Rabbi,who was gunned down along with his pregnant wife during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks,have filed a wrongful death suit against Pakistans Inter-Services Intelligence and Lashkar-e-Toiba at a Brooklyn court,according to local media.

Rabbi Gavriel Noah Holtzberg and wife Rivka,originally from Brooklyn,were killed in front of their son Moshe when the attackers entered Chabad Lubavitch centre.

The law suit was filed at the Brooklyn Federal Court by grandfather of Moshe,who now lives in Israel,according to a report in The New York Post.

It claimed that the ISI had worked closely with the LeT and provided support to the gunmen,the report said.
