An eleven-year-old girl was allegedly raped at South Goas Colva beach,police said on Wednesday. The accused lured the victim and her elder sister,also a minor,to the beach for a stroll. The girl told the police that when her sister went away with a friend for a while,the accused sexually assaulted her.
