A Leopard and her two cubs,a wild boar and a mongoose were found electrocuted in the Forest Development Corporation of India area adjacent to Pench Tiger Reserve on Sunday. The deaths are being seen as an accident caused by the animals coming in contact with transmission lines that came off due to stormy winds sometime during the past few days. Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Wildlife) A K Saxena confirmed the incident. My information is that it is basically an accident.
