Kunda murders: CBI summons Raja Bhaiyya

The CBI is understood to have issued notice to former UP minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya on Thursday to appear before the agency within a week for questioning in connection with the triple murder at Kunda last month.

Raja Bhaiyya is named as the conspirator in the murder of DSP Zia-ul Haque,but he will also be questioned regarding the conspiracy behind the murder of Balipur village pradhan Nanhe Yadav,which took place the same night,sources said.

Sources said Raja Bhaiyya will be questioned on the basis of the statements of pradhans brothers Phoolchand,Pawan and Sudhir who alleged that he and his aides had helped Nanhe Yadavs rival Kamta Pal in executing the murder.
