In a big surprise,Infosys' chief financial officer CFO V Balakrishnan has resigned.

Infosys Q1 2012: In a big surprise,Infosys8217; chief financial officer CFO V Balakrishnan has resigned from the post,and will take over as the head of BPO Finacle8217;s India operations Rajiv Bansal,vice-president finance,will take over as the new CFO from November. Balakrishnan will continue to be on the Infosys board.
