Inflation seen declining: FinMin

India's inflation will ease and food inflation was showing slow but steady decline,FinMin CEC said.

India8217;s inflation will ease and food inflation was showing slow but steady decline,the chief economic adviser to the finance ministry said on Friday.

Kaushik Basu also said the rupee8217;s appreciation was causing huge pressure for exporters but he was not in favour of capital controls to stem the rise.
