If looks could kill
Company promoters,normally,have Key Result Areas or KRAs to chart the performance of their CEOs,but not Tony Fernandes of AirAsia. The progress of Mittu Chandilya will be evaluated on his looks. You can chart the progress we are making by the way Mittu looks in 3-4 years. The worse he looks,the better we are doing, Fernandes said at a conference in Delhi. He added that in this industry one does not get time to even reconsider ones look in the morning look.
Learning from others errors
