I do weight training 4-5 times a week

I start my day with carrot juice or sweet lime juice,followed by a bowl of corn flakes. I sometimes have a cup of coffee.

Tell us about your daily diet
I start my day with carrot juice or sweet lime juice,followed by a bowl of corn flakes. I sometimes have a cup of coffee. For lunch,I have dal,vegetables and sometimes,roasted chicken with 2-3 rotis. In the evenings,I tend to have some juices or cold coffee. For dinner,it is again dal,vegetables and chicken or some other meat cooked in less oil.

Whats your exercise routine?
I do weight training 4 8211; 5 times a week. I do cardiovascular training around six times a week.

Whats your favourite food?
I love to have home cooked food,but if I am going out,I have pasta or Thai food.
Is there anything you binge on?
Pasta.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
To lose weight,I would go for a detox session because the extra fat in your body is mostly full of toxins. And to put on weight,I would binge on pizzas and fried stuff.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I stay away from diets,they are not healthy.

What is your idea of health?
If you have a healthy mind,then you have a healthy body. One should stay away from useless fatty stuff. Eat good food and work out regularly and you will always stay healthy.
