Tell us about your daily diet
I have five small meals a day. In the morning,I have a cup of tea,four egg whites,one toast,muesli or cornflakes. For lunch,I have dal,salad,roasted chicken or steamed fish and two rotis. In the evenings before workout,I have black coffee or a chocolate energy booster. Post workout,I have a protein shake or a large bowl of fruits. Dinner is the same as lunch.
Whats your exercise routine?
I do weight training four times a week which consists of a two body parts per day workout routine.
Whats your favourite food?
Home cooked food like palak paneer and Sindhi curry rice.
Is there anything you binge on?
Pizzas and pasta.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
To put on weight,I would eat more and stop all cardio. To lose it,I would do cardio and go on a protein diet.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never really been on a diet.
What is your idea of health?
Happiness and peace of mind.u
