The Bombay High Court Monday directed the state government to file a comprehensive list of multiple allotment of flats under the Chief Ministers discretionary quota as per its December 11 order. According to the state governments reply,PWD minister Chhagan Bhujbal was allotted a flat under the MLA category in Pune,but the same was cancelled after he did not enter into the agreement within the prescribed time.
His nephew Sameer Bhujbal,however,was allotted a flat under the acute need for space category in Pune,which is according to the terms and conditions of the allotment,the governments reply says.

The state,in its reply filed through Urban Development Department Under Secretary Shriram D Yadav,stated that Labour Minister Hassan Mushrifs sons Abid and Sajid were allotted flats under the acute need category.
The bench was hearing a PIL by activist Ketan Tirodkar,who argued that the state had not furnished the list of beneficiaries under the 2 per cent quota made available from the flats constructed for general public by MHADA.
Observing that the state has sought time to comply with its December 11 order,the court adjourned the hearing to January 6.
