With the Congresss talks with Kuldeep Bishnoi of Haryana Janhit Congress HJC not making any headway,the party decided to go ahead with the swearing-in of Bhupinder Singh Hoodas team of nine,including four Independents,on Saturday. The decision about the first phase of government formation was taken after a meeting between Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Hooda here on Friday. While Bishnoi was keen to join the government,he was not prepared to accept the Congresss proposal for merging the HJC with it. The Congress was not ready to accept Bishnois unreasonable demands Deputy Chief Ministers post for himself, another Cabinet berth with Finance or Transport portfolio and two parliamentary secretaries said sources.
