Consulting astrologers for hiring professionals,a new trend

It may sound strange but some recruiters these days are said to be looking for a candidate with good birth chart.

It may sound strange but some recruiters these days are said to be looking for a candidate with good birth chart.

Indian Council of Astrological Sciences has claimed that companies have been consulting astrologers for recruiting and sacking employees.

8220;Now several companies are consulting astrologers for hiring and firing the professionals,8221; said Justice S N Kapoor,Chairperson International wing of ICAS and former Judge of Delhi High Court.

8220;If Mars is in the 3rd house suspected by Moon and Mercury,one has a tendency to betray those who believe in him,8221; Kapoor said while explaining how astrology helps Human Resource Managers.

8220;It is a recent trend. Some companies prepare the birth chart Kundli of an applicant on computer through Kundli software or consult the astrologer,8221; Dinesh Jain,President,Noida Management Association,said.
