Wyndham set to open first property in India at Dwarka
NEW DELHI: Wyndham Hotel Group,part of the New York Stock Exchange listed Wyndham Worldwide Corporation,recently announced the signing of a franchise agreement to open its first Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property in India. Located in Dwarka,New Delhi,the 394-room Wyndham Hotel is currently under construction and scheduled to open in April.
Trump Tower to come up in Mumbai
MUMBAI: US billionaire real-estate developer Donald Trump is entering the Indian property market with a luxury residential tower in Mumbai,more than two years after announcing plans to expand in the country. Trump,who has joined with Mumbai developer Rohan Lifescapes for his first venture in the country,expects to start marketing the project by March,said Donald Trump Jr.

CHD starts Avenue 71 construction
GURGAON: CHD Developers recently held the foundation laying ceremony of Avenue 71,a premium residential project by the group. Avenue 71,with a total saleable area of 1.6 million sq ft is spread over 16.5 acres,and located in Sector 71,Sohna Road,Gurgaon. The entire project,the company said,is worth of over Rs 800 crore.
Dhoot Group bags MoD project
NEW DELHI: Kolkata-based conglomerate Dhoot Group recently announced that is has bagged a project worth Rs 225 crore from director general married accommodation project Ministry of Defence MoDfor the construction of 1,585 units for the Army and Air Force at Ahmedabad,Chilloda,and Gandhi Nagar regions in Gujarat. Pawan Dhoot,managing director,said,The total project is spread across 80 acres for the construction of about 19 lakh sq ft.
