Raheja launches Vedas in Gurgaon

NEW DELHI: Raheja Developers has launched Raheja Vedas in Sector 108,Gurgaon. Situated near the upcoming Dwarka Expressway,the diplomatic enclave Dwarka in Palam Vihar,the project is to come up on the 150 m wide and 18 km long Northern Peripheral Road. Raheja Vedas will offer air-conditioned apartments with modular kitchens. It offers 2,3 and 5 bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 1,365 sq ft to 2,490 sq ft. Penthouses,which have five bedrooms and a servant quarter,range from 4,022 sq ft to 5,396 sq ft.

M2K offers freehold condominiums at Victoria Gardens

NEW DELHI: M2K has launched its flagship project Victoria Garden,in the heart of the Delhi on Ring Road,adjoining Model Town. Victoria Garden,M2K said,was one of the biggest projects of its kind by the developer in Delhi. M2K said the property is accessible with operational Metro. GURGAON: Orris Infrastructure recently launched Business Square,situated in Sector 82A,New Gurgaon. The Business Square is spread over an area of 9.5 acres,with a 5-star hotel being built on 2 lakh sq ft. RE/MAX holds realty education convention

NEW DELHI: RE/MAX India,under the RE/MAX Academy of Real Estate India,recently held its 8220;Empower through Education8221; programme,a four-day real estate education convention. Conducted by real estate educationalist Gail Lyons,the convention offered courses for real estate brokers including certified residential,accredited buyers representative and trans-national referral courses. RE/MAX India is aiming to roll out RE/MAX Academy of Real Estate India to about five cities by the end of March 2011.

Wave Infra starts allotment of hi-tech city project

NEW DELHI: Wave Infratech,part of Wave Inc the erstwhile Chadha Group,has announced the commencement of allotment of the first batch of applicants of its Wave Hi-Tech City,a high-tech township in Ghaziabad. The company will start making the initial allotments and is expected to be completed by April 2011. Construction and development of the township is underway and its first phase is expected to be completed by middle of 2013. The first phase of the project will involve investments of approximately Rs 3,500 crore for developing 1,671 acres consisting of about 7,500 plots and is envisaged to be completed in 30 months.
