Greater Noida: Real estate developer Panch Tatva has announced that it is venturing into the affordable housing segment with its new project, Panch Tatva at Noida Extension. The project,the company said,is based on the concept of the five natural elements. The developer had recently signed on veteran cricketer Kapil Dev as their brand ambassador. Dev will promote all the real estate projects being developed by Habitech Shreshtha Nest by being a part of its advertising campaigns.

Nirala launches Noida project

NEW DELHI: Real estate developer Nirala Housing has announced the launch of Nirala Aspire,a new residential complex in Noida Extension. To be built over 19.18 acres,the company claims the project offers state-of-the-art residential infrastructure and will have approximately 2500 flats. The apartment sizes range from 890 sq ft to 2,440 sq ft. The price of apartments in the project start from Rs 15.3 lakh.

SG Estates starts work on project

NEW DELHI: Excavation work at SG Estates new luxurious residential project,SG Homes has started,the company said. Spread over 2.5 acres,the project is located in Sector 3,Vashundhara,Ghaziabad. Planned to have 366 units,SG Estates said the project will be constructed in 2.5 years. The project comprises 2,3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 1,095 sq ft to 2,430 sq ft. The cost of apartments would start from approximately Rs 32.3 lakh.

MARG Mall signs up with brands

NEW DELHI: MARG Junction Mall,an upcoming mall located on the IT corridor at OMR,Chennai,has announced a strategic association with some of the leading brands in the country. The mall,which is scheduled to be operational in the first quarter of FY13,has partnered with PVR Cinemas,Shoppers Stop and HyperCITY to its Chennai customers.

Swiss Hotel to open second property

NEW DELHI: Switzerland-based Mövenpick Hotels amp; Resorts will open its new property,the Mövenpick Dharamshala Resort amp; Spa,in Himachal Pradesh in 2013. Mövenpick Dharamshala Resort amp; Spa will be the Swiss brands second property in India with the first to be unveiled in mid-2011 in Bengaluru. The 124-room resort will be located 2,400 metres above sea level in the upper reaches of the Kangra Valley.

Hilton opens fourth India property

NEW DELHI: Global hotel chain Hilton Worldwide has opened its fourth India property in Chennai. According to the company release,the five-star 204-room Hilton Chennai,positioned as a business hotel,is owned by Empee Group,which has diversified interests from alcoholic beverages to property development. The hotel has been built with an initial investment of Rs 400 crore. Empee Hotels,the hospitality division of Rs 20 billion Empee Group,plans to complete its proposed second phase of the hotel in another three years. Nisha Purushothaman,MD,Empee Hotels said,We will be investing another Rs 150 crore in the second phase of development,which will see an addition of 150 rooms.
