Haryana MLA and Former CM Om Prakash Chautalas then political adviser Sher Sing Badshami was on Wednesday granted interim bail for two months by the Delhi High Court on medical grounds. He is scheduled to undergo a surgery at Lok Nayak Hospital on Thursday.
Badshami is presently undergoing a 10 year prison sentence for his role in the 1999 JBT teachers recruitment scam,for which he was convicted in January this year along with 54 others,including INLD Chief OP Chautala.
