The Supreme Court Monday empathised with scarcity of potable water arrangement at public places,but expressed its constraint to fix the problem.
The SC said it sympathises with NGO Voice of India,which filed the plea,for bringing a genuine cause before it but said the scope of the plea was so large that it could not monitor the entire country sitting in Delhi.
